Dee Fairweather

Dee is a landscape painter born and raised in North-east Ohio, currently living with her husband, their German Shepherd, and Siamese cat in Medina. She produces her best work at her in-home studio in the early afternoon with a homemade iced coffee in hand. Using primarily neutral tones and influenced by American Tonalist artists, her emotionally fueled landscapes typically feature vast scenery with awe-inspiring skies.  Her goal is to create timeless, atmospheric landscapes highlighting breadth, distance, and luminosity to fuel ones’ own escapism.
